Good day I'm very unhappy customer. I purchased a wikideal for our company yesterday, then the event was canceled due to no dates available. Then I spoke to an agent and asked if we could get a refund and she said yes. I called in again this morning advise the agent that we want a refund and if there is a possibility that she can escalate this to be done ASAP due to another acc9and we need the funds. She said yes she will send it to their finance department but they need to contact the hotel first to see if we went. Omw I pur9the vouchers of R9891 yesterday and definitely we could not have gone due to no space. Now I get a mail from wikideals telling me that I need to pay R25 per order interest fee for a refund for my own monies, that monies is not even there 2 days but I need to pay R25 fees for my own monies over R100 pathetic. I wnat my money today I'm not gonna leave it here to have you Rob me.
