False advertising and poor service

I am very dissapointed in the service and the treatments received from wikideals. .I purchased voucher as a gift for my friend and the service was soo pathetic and they did not get all the treatments that was listed.I was so embarrassed when she told me about it.I sent several emails, sent proof of voucher more than twice but re resolution to my query nor consolation.
