False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Waterfront Charters. I purchased a Wiki Deal that advertised multiple booking slots (9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and later times), but when I tried to book for the advertised times, I was told only the 9:30 AM slot was available.

To make matters worse, I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone who could assist me. Everyone seemed to be either off, on a break, or unavailable. Even Wiki Deals didn’t answer their phone when I tried to contact them for help.

This was extremely frustrating as I needed a later time due to my schedule. Their lack of response and false advertising completely ruined my plans. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you’re considering their services, expect poor communication and misleading information.
