Extremely satisfied with Wikideals!

I am extremely satisfied and grateful that The Wikideals team was able to both assist and resolve a recent issue I experienced with one of their vendors.

My experience with the other brand and the deal attached to it was also listed here on Hellopeter, and after I've reviewed my bad experience, I reached out to the Wiki team over email.

Honestly, I have never experienced customer experience to this level, where the Wiki team immediately attended to my query, proposed a solve and resolved the matter within two days for me. Now that, is how you look after and retain customers. Good job and well done to whomever sat on the other side that dealt with my issues, and your team!
