Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I purchased a voucher from Wikideals in December 2024 with the intention of using it in March 2025. When I later decided to change the voucher, I tried to reach out to their customer service—but unfortunately, it was impossible to get a response.

I called multiple times over several days, sent emails, and still received absolutely no reply. The lack of support was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Because of this experience, I will not be supporting Wikideals again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them.
