disgusted

I am truly and uuterly so dissapointed and disgusted by the service I got here...honestly the best part of this day was the friendly, warm and just truly kind manner in which I was received by reception...i think the ladys name is Janelle. She is really the only good thing about this place. I bought this spa voucher from wikideals for my cousins 40th birthday. When we eventually got to the venue we discovered that it was not the branch we were suppose to be at. We ended up leaving and getting the vouchers extended so that we can come on a different day. Eventually we had the booking for 01/05/2025 and wow what a disaster. We were left speechless. I dont even know What it was that we had but it certainly was not a spa treatment of any kind. My 11 year old son gives me a better head and foot massage. I would not reccommend anyone to go to this spa as it is an absolute waste of time and money and sick joke that these people are playing. When we walked into the room it was so small we couldnt even move at the same time. the floors and cupboards was grossly dirty, the towls was smelling like sweat and there was absolutely no smell of any cents. The only thing we could smell was that of fish oil and sand. We walked out of there smelly and sticky. An to top it all off when we got to the Hyde hotel to have the lunch that was included in the package we were asked to pay as the vouchers has already been redeemed. I sent an email to wicare four days ago and still no reaction. No interest at all in trying to attend to unhappy customers, not even an acknowledgment of complaint ....I have not been this dissapointed in the service delivery in all my life. Please people stay away...stay far away!!!
