Disappointed with Wikideal Customer Service Experience!!!

I have been trying to get hold of wikideals since the 6th of March regarding a refund.

I have tried contacting them via their contact form, via telephone as well as via their email address, with zero response and assistance. I believe that excellent customer service is crucial for maintaining a good relationship with customers, and I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions. I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter and provide a resolution.
