Commodore hotel

i am very dissapointed with how wikideals do their business including Casuarina at the Commodore hotel and Byconcept in kloof street.we have been told the booking has been done for restuarant and a spa .spoke to a receptionist to a number that i took from Wiki deals ad.now we are being told that we need to reschedule as there is no booking that has been made for a spa..now we need a refund and we being told that the whole amount for booking will be forfeited..this is total bull**** and a daylight roberry...now we seating at a spa and no one is willing to assist because of your staff that doesnt know how to do their job properly..
