Bad to no customer service

This is the second time I have received bad to no customer service from WIKIDEALS. When I initially emailed them 5 Oct 2023 regarding an issue with a voucher they rep**** the same day, but since the last reply from them 10 Oct 2023 I have not heard back from them. I called 2 of their office numbers a few times but not answer. Oh and then they want to charge the account holder R25 admin/cancellation fee which should not be the account holders responsibility as the establishment was the one at fault. Well I will definately not support Wikideals at all going forward. Ive definately had better service from Daddys Deals and Hyperli.
