BAD SERVICE! I WANT MY REFUND

I bought a moonlight couples spa package and called to make the booking at Casuarina Wellness Spa

The first person told me they have availability on the 5 Nov. The line then got cut and I called back, the second person told me they have an earlier date for 29th Oct at 14:00 or 15:00 I needed to call her back to confirm my coupon code, upon calling back the 2 ladies decide to team up on me and say that there is no available time on 29th, only on 5 November. I was still keen on making the booking with them until they decided to have their own conversation (not in English) and then dropped the call while I was talking.

Wikideals, I want a refund ASAP!!

I already emailed for the refund but no response! I paid this about 20 minutes ago, I am pretty sure the refund should not take you 10 days as I did not even get to make the booking at all!

You should really consider who you're doing business with! I will never buy a Wikideals coupon again especially not for Casuarina Wellness spa
