Bad service

I bought a deal on Wikideal and then called the spa to make a booking. They confirmed my booking, but only after it was confirmed did they send me their terms and conditions. I was not happy with these terms, so on the same day I requested that they cancel my booking.

They told me to contact Wikideal regarding the cancellation. Since then, I have been trying to contact Wikideal by both email and phone, but I have received no response. I also informed them that I wanted to purchase a different deal instead, but I have still not received any reply. I have been trying to reach them since 19 July. When I call, I am kept on hold for a very long time, and eventually the call is disconnected.
