Bad experience through wikideals

I booked a quad biking and sandboarding experience with Quad Bike Craze through Wikideals for R1000. Upon arrival, all suitable quad bikes and helmets were unavailable. We were subsequently provided with old, damaged helmets and quad bikes not typically designated for client use. These quad bikes were faulty, leading to leg burns and breakdowns. During the 20-minute wait for a replacement quad bike, no additional time was offered to compensate for the delay. The supervisor acknowledged that the provided equipment was inappropriate and stated they would address the issue with the owner. We received a generic response, with no offer of a refund or a complimentary ticket. This was an unsatisfactory experience with Quad Bike Craze, despite the clear issues with the equipment.
