Appalling Customer Service

I bought 2 deals from Wiki and only received 1 coupon, after my account was debited for both. I have sent numerous emails with no acknowledgement and attempted to call and the consultant said they were going to follow up and revert. I have not received feedback and been calling since yesterday with no answer. We have booked with the establishment and they have been calling me for the coupon. The service received has been appalling and will never use Wiki ever again for when I’m down to Cpt. It’s either you send me the second coupon or refund me ASAP
