A very disappointed customer

customer care line service is horrible . They hardly respond to the e-mails sent and and calls is another story. I spent 3 days trying to get hold of them ,eventually I did get hold of them on the 4th day . As we were trying to resolve my issue of returns ,they asked me to send them an email and I did ,and after that they went AWOL again . I cannot find them even now . I am so disappointed !!!
