WORST ISP BY FAR

Since the pylons incident a week ago in Pretoria East a week ago, we have had no internet. I logged a query with them, but struggled to get feedback. Eventually they informed me that the supplier was sourcing the equipment that needs to be replaced from overseas??? I mean seriously, dont they have a contingency plan in place? I have sent them another email, but have not received any reply. They have the worst customer service (lack thereof) by far, and I would advise anyone thinking to make use of them, to think twice. There is no after hour service as well.
