Good internet service provider with a few issues

Good service, quick turnaround time and efficient. They lose 2 stars because: - they failed to communicate a small price increase to me. I had to find out myself and call them to clarify why it occurred. - They don't have a 24 hour line to call when there are issues. They only have an email address which takes up to 24 hours for a response to come through, although they took almost 2 days to respond to me once.
