AVOID WIFIBRE

I have to say that WiFibre might easily be the worst service provider in the country. I am not talking about ISP but service provider in general.

Last month, they decided to double debit my account. I pick it up and flag it with them and I have been running for almost a month from pillar to post as there is no one who can give me an answer as to why and when I would get refunded. When I finally get a response, apparently my account which they run a debit order on is in arrears.

I have now concluded that they **********ly double debited my account to make up for their mistake. Coincidentally, their agreement with Vumatel also ended last month and they no longer have me as a client and I would suggest that everyone avoids being their client at all costs.
