Rain Wifi Despicable

Once again no wifi. We just called the call center and got NO help at all. She said technical would phone yeah right don't hold your breath. Rain is absolutely pathetic. It is taking us 3 days so far to watch a 1. 54mins. We just give up every night. I have never seen such a bad back up support center. All they can say is Sorry sorry doesn't fix the matter. Sorry doesn't give us enjoyment, We pay every month and just expect the service. Is that too much to ask. Looks like our movie will take a week to watch. Our only enjoyment is our TV but thanks to Rain we are frustrated and so furious. As we pay for 2 streaming networks as well and we can't even watch them. So in total a the money we are throwing down the drain thanks to RAIN.
