Pathetic service

7 days that I cannot use the service. Techs came yesterday and it work for 3 hours until the same issue of slow speed and instability started occurring again. I cannot use the service at all. My download speed is testing at 0.05mbps and upload at 0.09mbps. Support does not share updates, all that I'm being told Is the issue is being attended to.

Does anyone know an alternate to WiFi wave in Lenasia ext 13? I do not have Fiber in my area yet
