Good Start up, no execution of service

Rain service provider good start up, delivery, actual device and coverage terrible. After two weeks email them to fetch their router, I need to continue emailing them, keep taking subscription from my account yet router not in use as it doesn't work at all. Lesipho who refused to share her surname, not much knowledge of their procedure, was placed on hold twice until I stopped her because she kept on saying the same thing over and over with no way forward. I needed to tell her what I want her to do, as it was a unfruitful conversation with no resolution. No thanks to Rain, don't do it, you will have regrets.
