Huge thanks to Wibernet and their amazing and patient team, Lucien and Siya, who came to install a new dish at my residence yesterday. I have been having issues with the dish's line of sight, due to trees obstructing the line from the dish to the tower, so its been a mammoth task. This team was such a delight to deal with, explaining all steps and the process each step of the way, giving me options and checking in. I was so impressed! Not a rushed job! The company also have been so helpful in solving the issues I had been experiencing due to connectivity issues, due to the trees obstructing the access from my dish. They have remained in contact with me and made a plan. The are accessible to communicate with too, which is practically unheard of in this day. To say I am hugely impressed and grateful is an understatement! Fast wifi and a very happy customer! Well done, Wibernet!! Well done, Lucien and Siya! Rock stars!
