Think twice...

I’m somewhat taken aback at the contradiction inherent in this company - a young, energetic, entrepreneurial description of their business on their website, followed up by unbelievably lethargic, unhelpful, drone-like service, all done at a snail’s pace. What happened guys??? Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone at Wibernet seems utterly disconnected from everyone else in their organisation - Sales doesn’t know what Accounts is doing and Support has no idea what Technical is up to - it’s as if Telekom snuck in and hijacked this lot. Or maybe business is so good that customers don’t matter anymore. One way or the other, a really poor first experience. Kind of regretting I paid the installation fee...
