Terrible service and lack of support

We have been so disappointed with Wibernet’s service. Our area (Kalk Bay) does not have fiber and we are paying a lot of money monthly, with additional boosters (based on Wibernet recommendation) yet when we phone because internet continues to drop they are unwilling to assist and refuse to send someone to help and improve the situation. Call center agent refuses to listen and acknowledge that the bandwidth has been oversold and can’t cope with the capacity during lockdown. Who in this business can help us and ensure we are getting the service (and Connectivity) that we pay for. Hate to have to take this public like this but we are so appalled with the service and don’t know where else to turn!
