Terrible Connection

I have been with wibernet for almost 3 years, and i have recently moved from their wireless internet to fibre and it has been terrible since. for the past 2 months my speed has been dropping and my connection cutting off a lot, even a simple whatsapp status wouldn't open. I have contacted them several times about my issue and nothing has been done since.

I'm very disappointed and will definitely be looking for a new service provider if it does not get sorted out.
