Pathetic service & support

We went took the 50/50 Mbps package from Wibernet Pure Internet. After experiencing poor connectivity and bad service we realized that they installed the wrong Wireless router that could not handle the 50/50 speed. When we asked them to address this they went underground. Tried calling them and all you get is Automated messaging. Useless. They over charge and under deliver. Stay away., Paying for a service that they cannot provide.
