Embarrassing service

My partner enquired with wibernet. They said 2 weeks from application to installation. When I app****, I was given a much longer lead time. I've had to follow up with every step to get feedback. They overcharged me by at least R900 for my installation and they still couldn't sort it out properly yet as they tried to connect me to an already full access point. When escalating to management, they do the bare minimum, I still need to follow up and I still get told a different story from each person I speak to. We have them now and it's done buy I would seriously recommend you do your homework before even getting a quote from them. They get 2 stars for doing the bare minimum but only just
