Bad service

Good day

I called your support line earlier as I'm not getting the speed I am paying for. Your agent was buzy assisting me when the call died. Now I have no interent and I haven't even received a call.

At least if the call drops you should try calling you clients. When i call the *** number. It say that this number is unavailable.

Can some please have this problem fixed asap.

I have also tried to upgrade to a 20 20 since June. Still hasn't happened. I have already signed the forms.

Please get my interest up as soon as you can

I did manage to get hold of one of you agents yesterday. He advised he will get back to me. Hoever my internet is now much slower than before.

Please fix this urgently.
