Whiskas dry cat food causes cats to be lethargic and causes bouts of vomiting

I've bought the 2,7kg Whiskas dry food (chicken) in the new packaging. I thought it would be the same food, just in different packaging. But unfortunately, my cats started to get sick and had bouts of vomiting after they've eaten said food. I've brought this under Whiskas' attention on Facebook, whereafter they informed me to email them, as it's quite a serious matter. I've emailed them twice, to no avail. They haven't even responded to my emails. Since then quite a few people have also complained on Whiskas' Facebook page that their cats was lethargic and vomited after they've eaten the food. Whiskas just doesn't care, but are still selling this dry food, which doesn't even look like their usual cat pellets. They also do not care about customer service AT ALL!!!

You have just lost a customer who has supported your for at least 20 years, Whiskas!!!!
