Very disappointed and disgusted with the service!!!

I called on Tuesday the 17th of December 2019 to lay a complaint regarding a bad batch of the jelly fish and meat selection. i was told told to email them pictures of the food and the boxes with barcodes and thats what i did. ive been waiting for a response from them since... My cats even have running tummies now because of the jelly food.
