WhatsApp’s support not helpful

WhatsApp Support blocked my Account due to suspected spamming activity, I have submitted several appeals to WhatsApp support to request the restoration of my account. WhatsApp support keeps on banning my account and say that I am violating their terms, but I believe my account was blocked unfairly, and I don’t know which terms I have violated, because I have not! I am contacting WhatsApp support to appeal the decision and request the restoration of my account. It’s more than 3 weeks now, and they have not assisted me! They are jeopardising my work and income as I use WhatApp and I urgently need confidential info that I have stored there! I will now resort to tóp management, please help me
