Whatsapp Update Error

It has been now almost a Month since I started having problems to update my Whatsapp Program. The version that I have is 2.12.62 & the new version is 2.12.68 but I cannot download that update. I have tried downloading from [URL Removed] website & using the Whatsapp program. The following happens. It shows me it is downloading & then it shows Download Failed. I have been emailing the Support Team a few times but no answer to the problem. Need help Urgently.
