WhatsApp - stuff up

WhatsApp have become a very popular, if not crucial for business, Yet lately since July 2025, My profile has been locked on month end two times both July and August 2025, Now getting to September, same thing but now my profile has been locked twice in 10 days, on the 3rd Sept, and today the 10th, During which time I didn't use WhatsApp, I have already lost all groups on WhatsApp due to incessant "lock - outs" THUS NO POSSIBILITY OF THE ALLEGED "SPAM" I am starting up a business, and need a reliable communication platform which WhatsApp was, but now the exact opposite - EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE ! Lock - out, upon Lock - out. T&C's ? Lets look at the legal - I as much as most people hate spam. Yet META states that user privacy is protected, Thus by which means does these lock - outs happen, - interception of communication ? Which also creates doubt, - because these "lock - outs" don't specify any, or block content which may be in violation of terms - (interception of communication is *******) "Lock - outs" are harmful to the LEGAL BUSINESS I DO AS A WATCH TECHNICIAN - STARTING A BUSINESS - (Obstruction of legitimate communications, May incur damages as result of lost income, as well as *******) I am by this time sick and tired of "lock - out, upon lock - out upon lock - out" This is a grave insult to actual service standards. This stated without prejudice, hence I am considering legal, if not class action legal options - According to META T&C's I may not violate, any person by any means, and adhere to these standards, How ever, My communications, and I as a business person is being VIOLATED BY THESE LOCK OUTS !
