Whatsapp Restricting accounts in error!

Absolutely disgusted in the total lack of respect shown by Whatsapp/Meta.

Been using WhatsApp for my Business for years. Never had an issue. Late last year, started receiving ' Account Restricted ' issues due to Whatsapp stating that we were violating their terms of service, which we were not.

Trying to desperately contact Whatsapp to tell them that my account was restricted in error was a waste of time, as they don't even have real people you can contact. All responses are AI.

This has now happened 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months. Every time it happens, I cannot perform my work, which is my livelihood. It also means that I am paying staff members who then also can't do their work because they are offline due to Whatsapp restricting our account.

When will this nonsense end? When will Whatsapp actually contact me back with a strategy on a way forward?
