WhatsApp Permenantly Blocked a Business Account

We recently upgraded our company cellphone contracts. A week thereafter, one of our employees WhatsApp was permenant blocked, their reasoning stated that she used a profile picture that went against their Terms and Conditions. We had read through the terms and conditions and could not see any breach. We had asked them to furnish us with further information on how it was violated. They say that they cannot give out any further information. We are unable to move the contract to a new number, and having change her number which she uses a lot for work, will be at a loss for our company. If they are unable to tell us exactly how it was violated, then how could they do so! Do not use WhatsApp for your business. It could cost you in the end!
