Logged a call for support & described in detail what the issue is. Received reply that seems auto generated. Refrance number ********** ********** 0. Since then rep**** multiple times. Received no response, feedback or assistance. For an application with such a huge end user base this type of service is completely unexebtabile. Nothing worse than a good application with horrabile no care for the end user support. If it is a issue with the amount of calls at the very least adjust your feedback to state your turn around time or that no support is availibile. At least we can thank whatsapp support team for no service they seem to excell at this.
