WhatsApp messed up

I have been struggling with Whatsapp for over A MONTH now to reactivate my account. They incorrectly blocked my account due to "possible violation of their terms and conditions". I requested a review of that and just a few hours later received notification that my account was again unblocked - meaning I hadn't violated anything.

Here's the kicker: This account (like a lot of people I know) is registered on a phone number I no longer have access to.... so I don't receive the code if I try to login... At this point it seems like their service desk is run by bots and there is no management to get hold of. This is ridiculous.
