Whatsapp is unreliable

I have been experiencing a whatsapp error tht says "you need official WhatsApp to log in" n I have tried to send emails to WhatsApp center for help n they haven't even rep**** to my messages I have lost so much data because of the solutions whatsapp centre has provided n even after following the instructions on the whatsapp articles I'm still unable to log into my acc I wouldn't recommend anyone to use WhatsApp because it doesn't know how to communicate n it will certainly not help you if u experience a problem with their app
