Whatsapp has not replyed to my emails

Om the 11th of May 2015 in the afternoon my whatsapp said to me I may no longer use this service ,so after that I re-downloading whatsapp and still it said the same thing .I sent an email to [Email Removed] and they haven't rep**** even when im writing this email they haven't rep**** .Also my number hasn't done anything wrong regarding whatsapp and there terms and conditions and im running a business and all my business contacts are on whatsapp and we communicate through it .so I need this thing sorted out someone please help me my whatsapp number is + ***1.
