Whatsapp for business really needs to verify Whatsapp for business account owners at the registration process. This should not be an option. You can't create a platform where people can send their money to soo called "businesses" while you don't ensure these are legit businesses or they can be held accountable.

Worst thing is that you cannot even leave a review on a business, and when you report it, they don't even allow you to leave a comment. People are being ****med left right and center on Whatsapp for business and that is because the platform is a huge enabler. Business can verify their accounts and have the green tick but most businesses don't do this since it's optional.
