WhatsApp does not care for their customers

My wife's WhatsApp account was hacked and ****fed. When my wife contacted support, instead of contacting her and investigating, they responded by saying that her number was the source of a number of complaints, that they had now blocked it for life and that they would not reply to further correspondence.

So the victim is now punished...
