*** ?? WHATSAPP BAN ME WHILE I DONT EVEN HAVE A WORKING SIM

Around the time when the lockdown began I had misplaced by SIM card and have not been using my number for around 7 months. Today I eventually was able to do a SIM swop and I have my number back in use again. I go onto whatsapp and it will not let me in. I am told that I have been banned. I then send an email to query the ban and I get a reply saying that they have reviewed my case and have decided to stick with their decision not to lift the ban as they have received huge amounts of complaints and reports about my number!! I MEAN ***??? I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE FOR AROUND 7 MONTHS AS I HAVE NOT HAD A SIM CARD TO USE IT !!!! I am told that they will not change their decision and that all further replies and emails from me will not be read and will all be ignored... REALLY ???? *** ???? I MEAN REALLY ?? HOW CAN I TAKE THIS FURTHER ?
