Whatsapp ban

Please assist, my boss has been ban from whatsapp and needs to be unban urgently. I keep getting the below response: "system flagged your account activity as a violation of our Terms of Service and banned your phone number. Your account will remain banned as a result of the violation."

I have requested the following information: Please advise what can be done to unban the number? Please provide more detail on what the violation was and when?

And I do not get feedback. The number that has been ban is needed for business reasons and has data we need on the whatsapp of this number.
