Whatsapp and bad support

My number has been banned from using whatsapp. I reached out to the support who confirmed that i have been flagged by their system and my account will remain banned as a result of the violation. I asked them to specify which term or condition has been violated but no answer until now. This is a lake of consideration and an unprofessional behavior. No client should be treated like this, since there is no proof of wrong action from their end.
