Whatsapp

I have just received my new number and have now been told that my whatsapp account is blocked due to spam and i sent one message and have to wait 24-48 hours for it to be unblocked and as a person who uses their phone for business it is not an option to be available 24/7 and i have tried countless amounts of times to contact their helpdesk and nothing has been looked into or resolved. I need urgent assistance!!!!
