I have been using this app from November 2009 till last week. This is such a great way to communicate with loved ones across the planet. This app is amazing and very innovative. I love it.
But getting help on the app is another story. I was using the on multiple devices with the same number. I had a problem with the network operator when it came to getting a new sim cards. But mind you the number was still working, they wanted me to pay for the contract of which I completed years ago. Which I wasn't prepared too.
To cut a long story story we agreed to disagree 7 years ago. The new version of WhatsApp wanted an update on all my devices and kicked me out of all of them once. I cannot complete the 2-step verification without the sim. I have been asking them to cancel the step so I log on to my account without any success. It's like you talk to a different person every time.
So disappointed. +***
