Useless app

Never have I ever over the past few years that I used Whatsapp Violated any terms of service from Whatsapp, Since Saturday I'm banned from Whatsapp, and after sending them an email to find out what the problem might be, they stated that they will not unban me from Whatsapp, till date I still don't know what the problem is, I feel like Whatsapp is accusing me wrongly of stuff I never did!! Will uninstall Whatsapp from all my devices and advise family and friends to do the same.
