Unhappy and frustrated

My whatsapp has been blocked and restored for days now,it has become a pattern now and it's frustrating,one minute it's working and the next it's blocked,I have sent numerous emails regarding the issue,however am not getting any response on what could be the reason for all this,I am using my whatsapp for business and I cannot afford to be without whatsapp for hours...can someone please assist and resolve the issue
