Unfair treatment

My number was blocked with no proper explanation. The worst part about this business is you can’t call and talk to a human being for assistance. It’s unfair to be treated like this because I do not know the reason behind my blocking. For obvious reason I can’t just change my number like that because my contacts have the old number.
