Unfair practices

My account has been banned... But i see no reason for this. I have contacted them and they sent me a generalized message and they wont respond further to this thread... I would like to know what I 'have done' as to remedy this situation but they are unwilling to correspond. This is a waste of time and money trying to have discussions with them. Get yourself another social media app (fb and whatsapp are connected) and be free of this feaces.
