UNFAIR BANS ON ACCOUNT

Whatsapp put a permanent ban on my business account due to violation of their terms of service. After contacting support i was informed of this permanent ban. However I feel that this comment is completely unfair as we use this communication channel as our main communication between our customers and new enquiries. If we are violating any terms it is not without consent from the people we contact. They are well aware of our reasons for contacting them. If we are to suffer a loss of income due to the constant ban. I will have no other option but to file a complaint against Whatsapp with any means necessary to have our case heard. We are a corporate company and we have a legitimate business so we feel that the constant need to ban our staff members is uncalled for.

Whatsapp need to unban this number +***7 with immediate effect.
